FIRST MEETING

Before the meeting, we gather as much information about your business model and conduct a “brain storming” session. During this session, we strive to find out what end results you want the video project to achieve. If you already know what you want produced, we discuss it in detail. If not, we will discuss our ideas for your video.

SCRIPT & BUDGET

After the meeting, Mal Mellon Media will devise a plan of attack, keeping in close contact with you throughout the decision making process. Thereafter, a suggested script and budget are submitted to you. Any changes, by either party, to the script and/or budget are discussed in detail and will then await your final approval to move ahead with the project.

PRODUCTION BEGINS

Once the final conceptual approval is granted, we will begin pre-production. This process consists of assembling the proper team for your conceptual requirements and ensuring the right equipment is procured. Thereafter, production begins and all video shots, still imagery and any other production elements determined by your goals are completed.

EDITING PROCESS

After production is complete, the editing process is initiated. The first step of this process is the “rough cut.” The “rough cut” is the video footage sent to the client for approval. Once approved, the final phase of editing begins. This consists of music, voice-over announcer, graphics, color correction, etc. which are all added to attain the final product.

FINAL APPROVAL

Once the content meets our stringent standards under the guidelines you’ve set for us, we then will request your final approval. During this stage, is where our motto falls into place; for if you are not satisfied, then we are not satisfied. After approval, you will receive a copy of your video in any desired format and, if specified, we will bring the content to market.
